To make sure excellent performance for plastic injection moulds, we have five Fanuc high-speed copper machine, three Seiki high-speed CNC, Six Sodick Mirror EDM machine, Two Sodick slow wire-cutting machine. Tested by CMM and two-dimensional machine to meet plastic part dimensional requirements. With the assistance of Japanese high precision equipment and our innovative, dedicated and experienced team, we can respond quickly and effectively to any challenge. We have strict training system for all the staff to ensure the proper operation by minimizing mistakes, which give the best guarantee of lead time as well.
